FAQ

Before you begin

Which drawing formats can I upload?

You can upload DWG, DXF, PDF, PNG, and JPEG files. For more accurate results, upload an original CAD file or a high-resolution image and include details about the space.

Can I use multiple files for one project?

Yes. You can upload multiple drawings in different formats to a single project. Moulder uses them together to generate one 3D model.

Do I need to review the 3D model?

Yes. The 3D model is an AI-generated draft. Compare it with your original drawings, make any needed changes, then continue designing.

Where can I use the exported model?

You can export your model as a SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) file. We plan to add more formats for use in other software.
